What is a Birth Reflection Session
A Birth Reflection session offers a compassionate, structured space to:
- Explore your birth story at your own pace
- Gain clarity on events that may feel confusing or unresolved
- Feel heard and supported without judgement
- Process any difficult or unexpected emotions connected to your experience
What to Expect & How to Prepare
Before Your Session
To help us support you well, please ensure you have completed the Birth Reflection Information Form.
All sessions are held online via video call in a quiet, comfortable space where you feel safe to talk openly
During the Session
Your session will typically last 60–90 minutes.
Together, we will:
- Work towards clarity, understanding, and emotional release where needed
- Explore your birth story in the detail that feels right for you
- Look at timelines, decisions, and key moments
- Support emotional processing with compassion and grounding techniques
After the Session
Many women describe feeling lighter, more grounded, and more at peace after reflecting on their birth.
A follow-up message will be sent to you with optional next steps, resources, or supportive referrals if needed
