Detailed Overview of our Terms
Appointment Booking Guidelines – To ensure equitable access to our services for all patients, we ask that each patient books only one appointment per day unless additional same-day consultations are expressly recommended by their treating doctor. This approach helps us manage our resources effectively and ensures each patient receives the focused attention they need. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse service under circumstances that may compromise the health and safety of our patients and staff, or in cases of non-compliance with our policies.
Pre-Payment Requirements – Securing an appointment at Your Health requires a nonrefundable deposit of £50, which serves as a commitment to the scheduled consultation and aids in the efficient management of our appointment calendar. The £50 will be taken from the final payment made.
Payment Deadline – All pre-payments must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If this condition is not met, the appointment is subject to cancellation to free up the slot for other patients seeking medical attention.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy – Our cancellation policy is designed to respect the time and access needs of all our patients. Given the high demand for appointments
Cancellation Notice – If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient in need.
Cancellation Charges – Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full appointment charge, as this late notice does not allow us sufficient time to allocate the slot to another patient. For cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice, we offer the option to reschedule the appointment at no additional charge, transferring the £50 deposit made.
Late Arrival Policy – We understand that delays can occur but ask patients to notify us if they expect to be late. Arriving more than 10 minutes late for an appointment may necessitate rescheduling, as accommodating late arrivals can disrupt the schedule for other patients. We strive to manage our appointments in a way that ensures timely access for all patients, and adherence to scheduled times is crucial for this process.
Refund Procedures – Refunds are processed with a 10% administrative fee to cover the costs associated with booking management and cancellation processing. Refunds for eligible pre-payments or deposits are issued back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Services that have been rendered, including administered treatments and medications, cannot be refunded as they are considered consumed at the point of service.
Privacy and Communication Practices – Your Health is dedicated to maintaining the privacy of our patients while ensuring effective communication. Our Patient Privacy Policy is a key component of our Terms and Conditions, which all patients acknowledge and agree to upon engaging our services. We use various channels, including email, postal mail, and SMS, to communicate important information, always considering the patient’s stated preferences.
Infection Control Commitment – Infection control is a top priority at Your Health. We adhere to stringent protocols to prevent the spread of infections, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our patients and staff. Our annual infection control statement details the measures we’ve implemented and the ongoing improvements made to protect everyone who enters our facilities.
By choosing Your Health, patients agree to these detailed Terms and Conditions, fostering a transparent and cooperative healthcare experience.
