At Your Health, we aim to provide transparency and fairness in all aspects of your care, including payments. The final balance for your booked appointment will be issued and is payable 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date. We request payment prior to your appointment to effectively manage clinic utilisation effectively and optimisation of patient wait times.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance, as short-notice changes limit our ability to offer the slot to other patients.
Cancellations

No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, no refund will be provided.
Refunds
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that additional costs may be incurred during your appointment, depending on the diagnosis and treatment options discussed with your Consultant. Any additional costs will be clearly explained and approved by you before proceeding, ensuring full transparency and consent.

What to Expect at Your Appointment
Wherever you choose to attend, the process for your Endosure Test will be the same:
- Questionnaire – Before your appointment, you’ll complete a short pelvic pain questionnaire to help our consultant understand your symptoms.
- Test Procedure – At the clinic, our accredited technician will carry out the Endosure Test in a comfortable and private setting.
- Same-Day Result – You’ll receive your result on the day of your test (positive or negative).
- Consultant Report – A full clinical report is prepared by our Endometriosis Specialist, combining your questionnaire and test results to outline the next steps for your care.

- Select the clinic closest to your home or workplace for convenience.
- All clinics follow the same high standards of care, so you’ll receive the same expertise whichever location you attend.
- If you wish, we can also share your results and consultant report with your GP to support NHS-based treatment pathways.
