Lydia Durkin George – Pelvic Floor Physio

Lydia Durkin George (BSc, MSc, MCSP) is a Specialist Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist with expertise in female athlete health and high-level rehabilitation.

She holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Salford and an MSc in Sports Medicine, Exercise & Health from University College London (UCL), and has contributed to research at the International Sports Exercise and Health (ISEH) Centre of Research Excellence.

Lydia has a clinical interest in female athlete health, load management, and integrating pelvic health within musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Her experience spans specialist NHS services, private MSK practice, and elite sport. She is HCPC registered and a member of the CSP, POGP, and Physio First.
