All online card payments are processed securely using Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment platforms.

When Do I Pay?

Payment is required before your virtual consultation to confirm your appointment.

Once your booking has been made, you’ll receive a secure payment link where you can complete your payment safely online.

If you are attending a face-to-face appointment, payment can be made at the clinic on the day of your appointment using one of our accepted payment methods, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.

Consultation Fees

The cost of your appointment will be confirmed during the booking process.

If your clinician recommends any additional investigations, treatments or products during your consultation, these will always be discussed with you first. Any associated costs will be explained before you decide whether to proceed.

All online payments are processed through Stripe, using industry-leading encryption and security standards. Your Health Today does not store your full payment card details.
